 Dear Ward, I cannot begin to thank you enough for the professional, caring manner in which you handled our move from Tiffin to Amherst. From our first phone conversation till the movers pulled away from our new house I felt nothing but deep concern from you and your employees for my furniture and other belongings, not to mention my emotions. Both days the crews were courteous, hard working and extremely careful. No matter what was asked of them they always responded with a smile.
